A story that began far from home, and returned to Cagliari.
There comes a moment, when you’re living abroad, when you truly understand what it means to learn a language. It’s not just about grammar; it’s about opening a window onto a way of seeing the world and finally feeling understood. It’s laughing at a misunderstanding and then never forgetting it.
I experienced that feeling first-hand. And when I returned to Cagliari, I knew exactly what I wanted to build: a different kind of Italian school. A place where learning the language also meant discovering a city, immersing yourself in a culture, feeling part of something. That’s how L’Accademia was born.
Our method: language as an experience
We don’t believe in learning Italian solely from books. Our approach is communicative and practical; you learn by speaking, listening and living. From the very first lesson, the language
becomes a real tool for exploring Cagliari, meeting people and expressing yourself.
Our teachers aren’t just grammar experts: they are guides, points of reference and an integral part of your experience in Sardinia.
Small groups. Big connections
Cagliari and Sardinia: our greatest asset
Our team: passion and professionalism every day
Behind L’Accademia is a group of teachers who deeply love what they do. They are trained and up-to-date professionals, but above all genuine people, capable of creating a warm and stimulating atmosphere in the classroom where every student feels free to express themselves, even when they make a mistake – indeed, especially then.
For them, teaching Italian is not just any job. It is a vocation, and you can sense it in every lesson, every correction and every encouraging smile.
